Dai Pai Dong's originated as low cost sidewalk food stalls in the 1950's in Hong Kong. These peculiar sidewalk restaurants served unique Cantonese delicacies. Coffee and Tea were amongst these delicacies. Dai Pai Dong style coffee and tea is made to bring out the full flavour and aroma of the beverage attracting people that walk by to stop and have a drink.
